David Aldana — President & Owner

David is the President and Owner of Bauen Consultants PLLC, an engineering and architecture firm licensed in 13 states. His career began as a multi-million-dollar home designer, working exclusively for James, Christopher, and Kimberly Garner in England before relocating to the United States.

By 2021, David had designed two residential subdivision complexes in Texas and served as an external consultant for Pima Engineers in Chicago. He was later absorbed by Global Resources Engineering as a Senior Engineer and Vice Project Manager, where he oversaw major mining projects in Mexico, Algeria, and Brazil.

David also contributed as an external consultant on two landmark developments:

Both projects together exceeded $8 billion in construction value.
His additional experience includes project management roles at Lane Valente Industries, where he supervised the structural integrity of more than 500 fast-food restaurants. Throughout his career, he has supported a wide range of small and mid-scale commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

David later joined Concentric Corporation of America as Engineering and Financial Director, overseeing private, state, and federal projects. Under his leadership, the company’s profit margin increased from 5% to 37%, and he secured multiple public bid awards. His work includes the design and development of a horse arena, a military hangar, and a 100-home residential complex, among many others.
Today, David leads Bauen Consultants with a focus on quality, innovation, and client-centered service—ensuring every project benefits from unmatched experience and results-driven leadership.
